Dr. Emmanuel E. Ekuwem, who is a former Secretary to the Akwa Ibom State Government (SSG), is an alumnus of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering Physics (Materials Science and Engineering), Master’s Degree in Physics, Master’s Degree in Electronic & Electrical Engineering and a . in Electronic and Electrical Engineering. He did many of his Post-PhD fellowship research work in the Networking and Radio Propagation Laboratory of UNESCO’s ICTP, in Trieste, Italy.
