多年前，我曾经在 TBtools 中实现了插件模式。后来由于JDK的不断变化，我发现并不稳定，一直没开放。但伴随着 TBtools 用户的增加，不同的用户有不同的需求，确实没必要一直让所有人每次更新 TBtools 软件。于是，在之前更新【即更新搜索框功能】的同时，TBtools的插件模式已经释放。
本次开放的 Batch SMART ，即 TBtools 的第一个插件。对于安装，比较简单。
SMART 是一个集成了蛋白结构预测和功能分析的在线工具，可以用来预测、分析蛋白结构或是功能，对于初学者来说只要掌握使用方法就够了，毕竟再详细的使用方法我也不会。 （我连结果都看不懂……） SMART有两种模式， 正常模式 ( Normal Model ) 使用的数据库包含 Swiss-Prot，SPTrEMBL 和稳定的 Ensembl 蛋白质组。 基因组模式 ( Genomic Model ) 仅使用完全测序的基因组的蛋白质组。如果对结果需求较高，推荐使用基因组模式。所以下面以正常模式为例。
