Since 2004, Thacher Winery, with the grasshopper label, has been hand-crafting wines grown in superb Central Coast vineyards. Our small lot production demonstrates local subtleties and terroir. Construction of the tasting room and 4,600 square foot, solar powered winery was completed in 2008, just in time for our fourth harvest of about 33 tons of premium wine grapes. Today total production is approximately 5,000 cases of low-intervention and all native ferments that are created in the vineyard. Our mission is to grow unique, and food-friendly wines that purely express the terroirs of the exceptional vineyards we farm throughout the Central Coast.
Great Circle has 1,200 employees statewide and over 100 in Springfield, MO. Last year they were able to reach 4500 children and families in our community!
