Ive got a unique problem. I bought a computer off of ebay and i cannot for the life of me find the model of this computer. I checked system information, i tried the above command prompt commands and ive tried searching the serial number on google and nothing comes back. To make matters worse the seller who i bought the computer off of deleted his/her ebay account so I cant ask them either. The most information i can get about my systems model is that its a HP STREAM LAPTOP 14- last two numbers are Exed out on all the methods i tried, whats a boy to do.
