Email coaching is a helper for drafting a message. As always with AI help, it can be a useful starter but rarely able to produce a suitable final text without human intervention. In a message edit go to Copilot | Coaching.
Offline improvements. By default, the new Outlook would save 7 days of email for offline use, but now that default is 30 days. You can now search group emails when offline. And you can cancel a message after you’ve sent it while offline.
In this release, Microsoft has added the ability to add shared folders to your Favorites, making it easier to access content directly from the Favorites list.

Auto-export mailbox to PST file: With the latest update to the new Outlook for Windows, users can now schedule exports of either their entire mailbox—including emails, calendars, and contacts—or specific folders to a .pst file (also known as an Outlook Data File). Future releases of new Outlook will expand the support for .pst file capabilities.
