What Seals did to begin his NFL career is completely unheard of nowadays. He did not play any collegiate football for whatever reason he had at the time. Unfortunately, his football career was forced to come to an end as he attained a shoulder injury during his time at Florida State.

Sonny Shroyer has been married to his wife, Paula, since December 14, 1953. The couple has two sons, Chris and Mark. Despite his Hollywood career, Shroyer remained deeply connected to his roots, often returning to Valdosta, Georgia, where he resides with his family.
