That’s the question asked by Detroit: Become Human, and it’s a question we may have to answer ourselves in the not-so-distant future.
The Metal Gear games became so popular in the years that followed that they made their way to other consoles and PC too. With Solid Snake getting up to his usual antics - hiding in boxes, sneaking his way around the world and battling it out with bosses.
Another Naughty Dog creation, Jak and Daxter first came out in 2001 and was a massive hit for the PlayStation 2 . The platformer mechanics mixed with action and adventure made the game unique to the point that fans wanted more.
The following 24 characters are playable in PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale , 20 being playable at the start, while 4 are DLC. [ 1 ] The line-up includes a mixture of both 1st and 3rd party characters. The characters are listed in the order they appear in the Character Select screen in the game.
Players taking on the role of Sly must sneak their way through stealth and action-based platforming levels alongside Bentley and Murray, the backup crew, in missions that are love letters to heist tropes and cliches. Despite the cartoony presentation, there's a real edge to the characters, that always made the games feel like they stood apart from the other mascot platformers.
This also includes long-dormant series that you've probably forgotten about, such as Syphon Filter (which hasn't been around since 2007). So take a look down memory lane, and check out all the different games and characters that you've grown up with, or haven't played with in years! (Maybe it's time to dust off an emulator and start up a new game?)
