Dans Street Fighter V , Cammy apparait pour la première fois pour protéger Chun-Li d'une attaque de Bison. Elles sont conviées chez Karin afin de préparer un plan pour déjouer les plans de Bison et de son nouvel acolyte ., les dolls arrivent et Cammy s'apprête à affronter Decapre, mais celle-ci s'enfuit. Avec Ken et Chun-Li, elle fait la rencontre de Laura et Sean, mais Decapre arrive et s'affrontent Cammy gagné et les policiers tentent d'emmener Decapre, Cammy les bat et Juri arrive. Elle lui propose de fuir avec Decapre en moto et elle accepte. À Londres, Decapre se réveille et tente à nouveau de tuer Cammy sous les yeux d'une Juri moqueuse, celle-ci la bat et Vega arrive bat Cammy puis est vaincu par Juri. Celle-ci est missionnée par une femme mystérieuse souvent accompagnée d'un papillon. Elle se fait appeller Helen, on apprendra plus tard qu'Helen est en réalité Kolin et est une disciple de Gill. Plus tard, vers la base de Shadaloo Cammy affronte Juli marquée par le Psycho power , elle gagne puis est embusquée par Vega. Elle perd a nouveau et est protégée par Decapre et Juri. Grâce au hacking de Rachid et de la doll März, les dolls sont libérées du Psycho Power. März se sacrifie pour tuer . mais elle échoue. Cammy confirmera sa mort dans Street Fighter 6 .
Cammy awoke with amnesia, and Delta Red took her in. While she could not remember her past, she retained nearly all the fighting capabilities that were implanted in her during her tenure with Shadaloo. This made her a very valuable asset to the team. The second World Warrior tournament was announced and, discovering that Bison was part of it, Cammy felt a strange connection to him, and entered the tournament. She confronted Bison, who told her that she is a copy of him, that she killed for him, that he planted her in Delta Red (but didn't count on her losing her memories), and that he had no further use for her. After Bison was defeated, her Delta Red teammates told her that she didn't need to live in the past; she had a new life to live.
Shadaloo Cammy's pre-fight intro has her wearing an oversized red cloak (the same seen in Street Fighter II: The Animated Movie ), which she quickly discards, revealing her previously hidden identity.
A younger version of Cammy appears as an assassin working for Bison's Shadaloo organization, with the codename "Killer Bee" (and in later games described as one of the "Shadaloo Dolls"), first in Street Fighter Alpha 2 Gold , where she appears as a hidden character available exclusively in the second player and training modes (however, this would be rectified in Street Fighter Alpha Anthology where she would be fully playable in Arcade mode with a complete storyline and ending), and then in Street Fighter Alpha 3 , where she is a full-fledged playable character. In Alpha 3 , Cammy is revealed to be a clone created from M. Bison's DNA. The Game Boy Advance version of Super Street Fighter II Turbo: Revival and the Xbox Live and PSN remake Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix take into account this revelation in their versions of Cammy's ending.
