Long story but it might help someone. I have an older Dell XPS laptop. It is not Windows 11 compatible due to the TPM chip at . After some searching, I learned that I could Flash the TPM to . That worked. But then Windows and O365 was all confused with an error - Outlook would not login. These steps fixed it. Still cant upgrade to Win 11 because my processor is an I7 7700 - the next one up from that - I7 7800 is supported. Are you kidding me??
