Converting from XInput (Xbox controllers) to Direct Input (older standard) will probably work out better. Here is one option: https:///briankendall/xboxToVJoy paired with https:///download-for-windows
That'd likely require some reverse engineering, and with the reverse engineering knowledge, implemented with MeFisto94 's Andraste Modding Framework

Do you run in admin mode? overwriting errors are caused mostly because the application has no permission to overwrite certain files, especially on C:/ drive
As per kadettgte's suggestion, do a Google search for Hex Workshop and install that with the default settings (in other words, you don't need to configure anything)
But: we still lack most of 3D models, rims, huds and sounds for those awesome cars. They don't exist as mods properly (no rip tool has been made to get them out of xbox disc). Moreover, I prefer letting people the choice of the mods they want to use.

- Reworked the physics of BMW 850csi.
- Fixed an issue with BMW M4 F82 Liberty Walk, where it couldn't shift gears when you retry an event in automatic gearbox settings.
I read this carefully and what I learned from this is that TDU2 and Atari were actually useful,to some /o TDU2 we actually wouldn't know about this.
