Befinden sich metallische Gegenstände im Körper oder sind nicht entfernbar (Metallsplitter, Pumpen, Piercings, Implantate, Tätowierungen) entscheidet der Arzt kurzfristig ob die Untersuchung durchgeführt werden kann. Bitte denken Sie daran Bilder/Berichte von vorherigen Untersuchungen mitzubringen wenn es um eine Verlaufskontrolle geht.
Schilddrüsenperfusionsszintigraphie
Die Untersuchung dient zur Abschätzung ob bei Schilddrüsenknoten ein Entartungsrisiko besteht. Untersucht wird mit Tc 99m-MIBI. Die leicht radioaktive Substanz wird in die Armvene gespritzt und ein Szintigramm nach 15 Minuten und nochmal nach 2 Stunden durchgeführt. Bei der Untersuchung wird die Durchblutung der Knoten untersucht.
