Nach dem Würzen mit wenig Salz und ordentlich Pfeffer ließ ich die Sauce ca. 7 Min. dünsten, bevor ich den Sauerrahm unterrührte. Die Sauce hat uns prima geschmeckt (Auch mal ohne Tomaten!).
